Our spacious 2 bedroom, 1 bath style apartments offer approximately 900 square feet of living space. Northwoods Apartments are an energy conscious community, from the water saving fixtures to the heat and air conditioning systems. The living room, dining room, and bedrooms are fully carpeted.
The bathroom and kitchen is stylishly tiled. The living and dining room combination is a spacious 20’x20’1”. The master bedroom is 10’7”x12’6”. Bedroom 2 is 10’5”x9’2”. The kitchen is 7’3”x6’0”. There is also generous closet space for all your extra storage needs.
We are now accepting pets, please ask our friendly staff for more details. We have a 24 hour on call maintenance personnel and parking is by permit only. The grounds are professionally maintained. Picnic tables and grills are provided for our residents to enjoy with their family and friends.
Northwoods Apartments provide and maintain a pet area in comfortable surroundings sure to please any pet owner. Your children will enjoy our homely playground surrounded by tall shade trees. Our community watch program allows you to enjoy all that life and liberty have to offer.

How do I become part of the Great Northwoods Community?
For our potential tenants, we will provide you with an application. This application must be filled out completely. Northwoods will verify your credit, rental, employment and criminal history.
Application Fee: $35.00
(One time fee is non-refundable)

Security Deposit: $300.00*
These must be in the form of two separate money orders and accompany your application.
* If for any reason the application for residency is denied by Northwoods Apartments, your security deposit will be given back to you.
